New World Makati Hotel in Manila exceeded my expectations with its amazing staff and modern facilities. the location was perfect, just across from Greenbelt shopping mall. the room attendants were extremely nice, and the pet amenities provided for our two shih-tzus were a lovely touch. Plus, the outdoor lounge overlooking the koi pond was a serene spot for a smoke. My partner and I stayed for our anniversary and were greeted with a sweet cake. the staff's quick organization of a nurse when my partner fell ill was top-notch service. the buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh options. We highly recommend New World Makati for a luxurious stay in Manila. The welcoming and happy staff, along with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed, made our stay delightful. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to attractions and the airport, as well as its location near a mall and convenience store. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would definitely repeat.
